I led Rev’s rebrand, which included developing a new visual identity and elevating their tone of voice to appeal to larger enterprise customers. Joining mid-project, I bridged gaps between internal and external teams to deliver a new website on deadline. Two years later, I directed a refresh to refine their messaging and visuals, emphasizing their pillars of accuracy, speed, and price.

Like many SaaS startups, we had a tight budget and a product that was, well… software. My specialty is finding creative workarounds and refusing to settle for “we can’t do that with this budget,” enabling us to execute solutions with zero extra spend.

Volusion.com & VOLT 

I led the redesign of Volusion.com and developed a microsite and resource center for their new product VOLT. During their Chapter 11 bankruptcy, I also managed crisis communications, including internal videos for employee retention and external website content. For all of these assets, I owned the tone of voice and direction of the copy in order to instill confidence through authority and authenticity.

Bennuclimate.com

I helped lead the creative development for messaging, UX, UI, and development for BennuClimate.com during their rebrand, crafting a more human-centric website while maintaining trust in their scientific legitimacy. The goal was to balance approachability with credibility, showcasing their breakthrough solution for destroying methane in the atmosphere.
